Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LstCAR019 is an anti-CD19 Universal CAR-T cell therapy being developed for the treatment of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). This therapy involves genetically modifying T cells to target CD19, a protein expressed on the surface of B cells, including cancerous B cells. The therapy is administered intravenously following a 3-5 day lymphodepletion therapy regimen, primarily for patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
