Overview

LTC004 + cyclophosphamide + fludarabine is a combination regimen under investigation for cancer therapy. LTC004 is a modified recombinant form of human interleukin-2 (IL-2), specifically designed as an IL-2Rβ/γ cytokine agonist to enhance anti-tumor immune responses while minimizing toxicity. It selectively stimulates CD8+ effector T cells and natural killer cells, promoting tumor cell killing and reducing activation of immunosuppressive regulatory T cells[1][2]. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells and also has immunosuppressive properties[6]. Fludarabine is a purine analog chemotherapy drug that inhibits DNA synthesis in rapidly dividing cells such as lymphocytes. This combination may be used in clinical trials for advanced solid tumors or hematologic malignancies.
