Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LTC004 + regorafenib is a combination therapy being developed by Beijing Zhidao Biological Technology Co., Ltd. for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). LTC004 is a biologic agent that acts as a dual Interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R) and Interleukin-15 receptor (IL-15R) agonist, designed to stimulate immune cell proliferation and activity. Regorafenib (brand name Stivarga) is an oral multi-kinase inhibitor that targets multiple receptor tyrosine kinases involved in angiogenesis (VEGFR1-3, TIE2), oncogenesis (KIT, RET, BRAF), and metastasis (PDGFR-β, FGFR). The combination is currently in Phase II clinical development, evaluating the safety and preliminary efficacy in patients with mCRC who have failed standard treatments.
