Overview

LTG3551 is a novel, in-house developed B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-targeted CAR T-cell therapy. It is engineered to incorporate two VHH binders, CD8α hinge and transmembrane domains, and 4-1BB and CD3ζ signaling domains. This design aims to provide strong anti-myeloma activity while exhibiting a potentially reduced risk of off-target toxicity, particularly neurotoxicity, by minimizing tonic signaling compared to other BCMA-targeted CAR T-cell therapies like cilta-cel.
