LTI-003 is a preclinical-stage recombinant protein-based immunotherapy being developed by Leukogene Therapeutics for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. It is built on the company's proprietary M2T™ (MHC class II-Targeting) platform, which utilizes MHC class II-engaging technology to redirect the immune system against cancer cells.
