Lulong Zaisheng Decoction II is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formula developed by the Jiangsu Province Hospital on Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine. It is specifically designed to address chemotherapy-induced leukopenia (CIL) in patients with colorectal cancer. The decoction is intended to support hematopoietic function and mitigate the bone marrow suppression commonly associated with cytotoxic chemotherapy regimens. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials to determine its efficacy in maintaining white blood cell counts and improving the quality of life for cancer patients undergoing treatment.
