Lumi804-Anti-LHRH is a preclinical-stage radiotheranostic agent developed by Lumiphore for the imaging and treatment of tumors expressing the Luteinizing Hormone-Releasing Hormone (LHRH) receptor, primarily prostate cancer. The asset utilizes Lumiphore's proprietary Lumi804™ macrocyclic BiFunctional Chelate (mBFC) technology to conjugate a targeting antibody against LHRH with radioisotopes. As a theranostic pair, it can be labeled with Zirconium-89 (89Zr) for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to identify LHRH-positive lesions, or with Lutetium-177 (177Lu) for targeted beta-emitting radiotherapy. This approach aims to provide a personalized treatment pathway by visualizing the target before delivering therapeutic radiation directly to the cancer cells.
