Lumi804-Anti-PSMA is a preclinical-stage radiotheranostic candidate developed by Lumiphore for the management of prostate cancer. The asset utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific to Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA), which is highly overexpressed in prostate cancer cells. This antibody is conjugated to Lumiphore's proprietary Lumi804 macrocyclic bifunctional chelate (mBFC). The Lumi804 platform is designed to stably bind various radioisotopes, allowing the same targeting vector to be used for both diagnostic imaging (when labeled with Zirconium-89 for PET) and therapeutic intervention (when labeled with Thorium-227 for targeted alpha therapy). This 'see-and-treat' approach facilitates patient selection and personalized dosimetry while delivering potent alpha radiation to tumor sites.
