Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LuminoMark** is a Hanlim Pharm surgical fluorescence-localization injection for preoperative marking of nonpalpable lesions. It is an indocyanine green formulation incorporating macroaggregated albumin and hyaluronic acid to localize the injected lesion and enable intraoperative near-infrared fluorescence visualization; the carrier/matrix components are intended to limit dye diffusion and support persistent local marking. It has been studied in phase 2 and phase 3 trials for nonpalpable breast-lesion localization, where it was compared with activated charcoal and showed noninferior resection accuracy with substantially less skin pigmentation. It has also been evaluated for surgical localization applications in colorectal cancer, recurrent thyroid cancer, and suspicious axillary lymph nodes.
