Overview

Lumretuzumab is a glycoengineered, humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3/ErbB3). It was developed for the treatment of various solid tumors, including breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. The drug acts primarily as an antagonist of HER3 (ERBB-3), blocking its signaling and mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Lumretuzumab was developed by Roche/Genentech but has been discontinued in clinical development for all indications[2][4][1].
