Luobupukebiiri Wan (罗补甫克比日丸) is a traditional Uyghur medicine developed and manufactured by Hotan Uyghur Pharmaceutical. It is a complex herbal and natural compound formulation containing approximately 30 ingredients, including bull penis, cinnamon, alfalfa seeds, galangal, onion seeds, clove, and saffron. The medicine is formulated as small black honey pills for oral administration. According to traditional Uyghur medical principles, it functions to warm and tonify the brain and kidneys, benefit the heart, and replenish essence. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, depression, neurasthenia, and physical weakness.
