Lutetium (177Lu) lilotomab satetraxetan is a radioimmunotherapy agent consisting of lilotomab, a murine IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the CD37 antigen, conjugated to the chelating agent satetraxetan and radiolabeled with the beta-emitting isotope lutetium-177. Upon administration, the antibody moiety binds to CD37 expressed on B-cell lymphomas, delivering targeted beta radiation to tumor cells with the intent of antineoplastic activity. It is primarily under investigation for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, and other non-Hodgkin lymphoma subtypes in patients with limited treatment options, especially those refractory to anti-CD20 therapies[3][5][6][8].
