Luveltamab tazevibulin is a novel homogeneous folate receptor alpha (FolRα) targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). It uses a stable cleavable linker and a 3-aminophenyl hemiasterlin warhead to induce cytotoxic and immunologic cell death. Developed by Sutro Biopharma, it is primarily investigated for the treatment of ovarian cancer, particularly in patients with platinum-resistant disease. It has also been granted an orphan designation for the treatment of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia.
