LV009

**LV009** is an investigational in vivo CAR-T cell therapy product developed as an injectable formulation (LV009注射液) that delivers CD19-targeted CAR genes directly into patients to generate CAR-T cells internally, targeting CD19-positive hematologic malignancies. It represents a novel approach to CAR-T therapy by leveraging lentiviral vector-based gene delivery to reprogram T cells without the need for ex vivo cell manipulation, potentially simplifying manufacturing and administration. Primarily indicated for relapsed/refractory CD19-positive blood and lymphatic system malignancies, such as B-cell lymphomas and leukemias, with ongoing evaluation of safety and efficacy in early clinical trials conducted in China.[5][8][9]
