LVGN6051 + toripalimab + paclitaxel

LVGN6051 + toripalimab + paclitaxel is a combination regimen of three agents: LVGN6051 (an agonistic monoclonal antibody targeting 4-1BB, designed to activate T cells in the tumor microenvironment), toripalimab (a PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody), and paclitaxel (a chemotherapeutic agent in the taxane class that stabilizes microtubules to prevent mitosis). This combination is under investigation for the treatment of recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). The rationale is to combine T cell activation (4-1BB agonist), immune checkpoint blockade (PD-1 inhibitor), and cytotoxic chemotherapy to synergistically enhance antitumor immunity and directly kill tumor cells.
