LVGN7409

LVGN7409 is a humanized, agonistic monoclonal antibody that targets the B-cell surface antigen CD40. It is designed to activate CD40 in a cross-link dependent manner via selective binding of its modified Fc fragment to FcγRIIB, which is enriched in the tumor microenvironment. This mechanism optimally stimulates immune responses against tumors. LVGN7409 has demonstrated immunostimulatory and antineoplastic activities and is being developed for use as both monotherapy and in combination with other agents (such as anti-PD-1 antibodies or docetaxel) for advanced or metastatic malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
