Overview

LXP107 (formerly known as LXPA1988 and DCBC01901) is an orally active, selective small-molecule inhibitor of FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) and its mutant forms, including FLT3-ITD and FLT3-D835Y. Originally developed by the Development Center for Biotechnology (DCB) in Taiwan and subsequently licensed to LaunXP Biomedical, LXP107 is designed to block aberrant FLT3-driven signaling pathways. In preclinical models of FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML), LXP107 has demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity and complete tumor regression. It is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of FLT3-mutated AML.
