LY01620

LY01620 is a therapeutic recombinant protein vaccine developed by Nanjing Jimai Biotechnology, a subsidiary of Luye Pharma, for the treatment of human papillomavirus (HPV) infections and associated cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL). The vaccine is designed to induce a robust T-cell mediated immune response against cells infected with high-risk HPV types, specifically targeting the E6 and E7 oncoproteins of HPV16 and HPV18. By stimulating the immune system to recognize and eliminate these infected cells, LY01620 aims to promote the regression of cervical lesions and prevent their progression to invasive cervical cancer. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials in China.
