LY03017

LY03017 is an investigational small molecule antipsychotic drug being developed by Luye Pharma Group for the treatment of schizophrenia and other neuropsychiatric disorders. The drug is also referred to as LPM526000133 or its fumarate salt form. As of early 2025, it remains in preclinical and phase 1 clinical development in China. Its precise mechanism of action has not been disclosed or defined publicly. Clinical trials are evaluating its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics following oral administration in healthy adult subjects.
