**LY293111 + gemcitabine** is an experimental combination therapy that includes LY293111, a selective leukotriene B4 (LTB4) receptor antagonist with additional activity as a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) agonist and weak 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) inhibitor, and gemcitabine, a nucleoside analog antimetabolite widely used as a chemotherapy agent.
