Overview

LY3114062 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Eli Lilly for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, particularly inflammatory arthritis. It functions as both an interleukin-17 (IL-17) inhibitor and a tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) inhibitor, targeting and modulating these two key pro-inflammatory cytokines involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. The drug was investigated in phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety and tolerability in patients with inflammatory arthritis. As of the latest updates, no further development beyond early clinical studies has been reported[1][2][4].
