Overview

LY3127804 + ramucirumab is an investigational combination therapy comprising two monoclonal antibodies with antiangiogenic properties. LY3127804, also known as zansecimab, is an anti-angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) monoclonal antibody that targets Ang-2, a regulator of vascular remodeling and angiogenesis involved in cancer progression. Ramucirumab is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that blocks vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), thereby inhibiting ligand-induced signaling required for tumor angiogenesis. The combination has shown acceptable tolerability and signs of antitumor activity in advanced solid tumors in early-phase clinical trials[1][3][7][9]. LY3127804 is developed by Eli Lilly, while ramucirumab is developed and marketed as Cyramza by Lilly. Primary indication for the combination is advanced solid tumors.
