Overview

LY3321367 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing protein 3 (TIM-3), an inhibitory receptor expressed on immune cells. By binding to TIM-3, LY3321367 acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor with the potential to enhance anticancer immunity and overcome resistance to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. It has been evaluated as monotherapy and in combination with anti-PD-L1 antibodies (such as LY3300054) in patients with advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and HER2-negative breast cancer. Clinical studies have shown that it has a favorable safety profile but only modest antitumor activity. The drug was developed by Eli Lilly[1][2][3][4][5][6].
