LY3541860

LY3541860 is a non–B cell-depleting anti-human CD19 IgG4 monoclonal antibody developed by Eli Lilly for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, including relapsing multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. Unlike traditional B cell-depleting therapies, LY3541860 inhibits B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation without causing depletion of B cells. This mechanism may offer improved efficacy over existing B cell-targeted therapies while potentially reducing associated risks. The drug is administered via intravenous or subcutaneous injection and is currently in Phase II clinical trials for multiple sclerosis and Phase I/II for other autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis[1][3][6].
