**LY4584180** is an investigational oral small molecule developed by Eli Lilly and Company as a BCL6 inhibitor, specifically described as a molecular glue that promotes the degradation of BCL6, a transcription factor critical for the survival of lymphoma cells, particularly in B-cell malignancies.
