LY75 ADC

LY75 ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the LY75 (CD205) antigen, currently under preclinical investigation by Vor Bio for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). LY75 was identified through multimodal single-cell analysis as a highly expressed surface antigen on AML blasts at both diagnosis and relapse, making it a viable target for addressing antigen heterogeneity. The ADC consists of a monoclonal antibody specific for LY75 conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. Upon binding to LY75 on the surface of leukemic cells, the ADC is internalized, releasing the payload to induce cell death. In vitro studies have demonstrated significant ADC-mediated killing of AML cell lines at low concentrations, supporting its development as a potential therapy for AML.
