Overview

LYB027 is an investigational recombinant malaria vaccine candidate developed by Guangzhou Patronus Biotech. It is designed to prevent malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum. The vaccine is formulated with Patronus Biotech's proprietary A02B adjuvant, which contains QS-21 and monophosphoryl lipid A (MPL) to enhance both humoral and cellular immune responses. LYB027 is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial in healthy adults to assess its safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity.
