Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LYC002 is a lymph node-targeted biologic therapy being developed by Beijing Liangyuan Pharmaceutical Research (Liangyuan Bio) for the treatment of neutropenia (granulocytopenia). The drug utilizes a specialized biomacromolecule delivery platform to deliver granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) specifically to the lymph nodes. This targeted approach is designed to enhance the production and maturation of neutrophils more effectively than conventional G-CSF treatments. As of late 2024, LYC002 is in the IND-enabling phase of development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application filing anticipated in September 2026.
