Overview

LYC003 is a preclinical-stage biologic being developed by Beijing Liangyuan Biopharmaceutical Research for the treatment of anemia and erythropenia. The drug consists of erythropoietin (EPO) delivered via a proprietary lymph node-targeted biomacromolecule delivery platform. By specifically targeting the lymph nodes, LYC003 is designed to stimulate red blood cell production through the activation of the erythropoietin receptor. This targeted approach aims to enhance the therapeutic efficacy and safety profile of EPO compared to conventional systemic administration. The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
