Lymphocyte infusions developed by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital refer to an investigational cellular therapy used in the context of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) for pediatric and young adult patients with high-risk hematological malignancies. This specific protocol involves the collection of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) from a haploidentical donor following mobilization with G-CSF.
