赖氨肌醇维生素B12口服溶液 (Lysine Inositol Vitamin B12 Oral Solution) is a compound oral solution containing lysine hydrochloride, inositol, and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). It is primarily developed and manufactured by Zhejiang Deyer Pharmaceutical and other manufacturers in China. Lysine is an essential amino acid that promotes growth, development, and nitrogen balance; inositol supports hepatic fat metabolism; and vitamin B12 acts as a key coenzyme for DNA synthesis and red blood cell formation. Together, these components act synergistically to treat loss of appetite and poor growth and development caused by lysine deficiency, particularly in infants and children. It is also being investigated for its potential to promote height growth in children with idiopathic short stature when combined with exercise.
