Overview
LYW-105 is a novel bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by LyncBio Therapeutics. It utilizes a 1+1 bispecific antibody format designed to target two distinct antigens on tumor cells, enhancing internalization and addressing tumor heterogeneity. The ADC features a target-fit linker designed for rapid lysosomal release and high buffer stability, coupled with a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. Preclinical studies in solid tumor models have demonstrated superior antitumor efficacy, prolonged tumor suppression, and a broader therapeutic index compared to benchmark single-target ADCs.
