Overview

LZM012 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets and inhibits both interleukin-17A (IL-17A) and interleukin-17F (IL-17F). Developed by Livzon Pharmaceutical, it is designed for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis and other immunological disorders. By neutralizing IL-17A and IL-17F, key cytokines involved in inflammatory pathways, LZM012 reduces inflammation associated with autoimmune skin diseases. The drug is currently in phase III clinical trials for psoriasis and phase II for broader immunological disorders[2][5][6].
