LZSN2401

LZSN2401 is a quadrivalent recombinant protein influenza vaccine developed by Livzon Pharmaceutical Group. It is produced using an insect cell-baculovirus expression system to express hemagglutinin proteins from four influenza strains. The vaccine incorporates a novel adjuvant designed to enhance immunogenicity by simultaneously activating Th1/Th2 cellular immunity and humoral immunity. It is being developed for the prevention of influenza in adults aged 18 and older, with a focus on providing superior protection for elderly and immunocompromised populations. As of late 2025, it has completed Phase I clinical trial enrollment in China, where it is classified as a Class 1 innovative biologic and represents the country's first recombinant protein influenza vaccine.
