Drug intelligence / Profile preview
M-003 is a therapeutic cancer vaccine being developed by MGFB Bio, a subsidiary of Greenfire Bio, for the treatment of colorectal cancer. The vaccine is built upon the proprietary HEAT (Heteroclitic Epitope Activated Therapy) platform, which is designed to elicit robust anti-tumor immune responses. The HEAT technology utilizes heteroclitic epitopes—modified peptide sequences of tumor-associated antigens that have been engineered to increase their binding affinity to MHC molecules. By enhancing this interaction, the vaccine aims to overcome immune tolerance and more effectively prime and activate T cells to recognize and destroy colorectal cancer cells.
