Overview

**M-CENK + N-803** is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two key components: M-CENK, an autologous adoptive cell therapy using expanded and activated natural killer (NK) cells, and N-803, a recombinant IL-15 superagonist complex (also known as nogapendekin alfa inbakicept). M-CENK is produced from a patient's own peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and is designed to directly mediate cytotoxic effects on tumor cells. N-803 acts by stimulating proliferation and activation of NK cells and CD8+ T cells, thereby enhancing innate and adaptive antitumor immune responses. The combination is under investigation primarily for the treatment of platinum-resistant high-grade ovarian cancer, with clinical trials evaluating safety and efficacy in this population.
