M3T01

M3T01 is a fully human IgG4/kappa monoclonal antibody that targets Fas ligand (FasL). It is being developed as an intravenous therapy for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The drug acts as a FasL inhibitor, aiming to block the interaction between FasL and its receptor, which plays a role in tumor immune evasion and apoptosis regulation. The agent is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials both as monotherapy and in combination with standard-of-care systemic therapies such as pembrolizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody), temozolomide (an alkylating agent), and FOLFOX (a chemotherapy regimen including fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin)[2][5][7][9].
