Overview

m590 is an anti-IGF-IR monoclonal antibody that has demonstrated the ability to inhibit the proliferation and migration of breast cancer MCF-7 cells in vitro. It targets the type I insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF-IR) and has shown antitumor activity in preclinical models. This antibody was also utilized in the engineering of a bispecific antibody designed to co-target both HER2 and IGF-IR.
