M9466 + carboplatin is a combination therapy composed of M9466 (also known as HRS-1167), a **highly potent and selective PARP1 inhibitor**, and carboplatin, a **platinum-based antineoplastic chemotherapy**. M9466 traps PARP1 on DNA and exploits synthetic lethality in homologous recombination deficient cancers (such as those with BRCA1/2 mutations). Preclinical data show that M9466 demonstrates synergistic antitumor activity when combined with DNA damage response (DDR) inhibitors and certain chemotherapies, including carboplatin. This combination is under investigation in phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced, metastatic, and refractory solid tumors, and in combination regimens for diseases such as extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC)[1][2][3][5][6].
