mAb 1-MMAF

**mAb 1-MMAF** is an investigational, site-specifically conjugated anti-CD38 antibody-drug conjugate being developed by City of Hope for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The product comprises the novel anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody mAb 1, engineered to abolish Fc gamma receptor interaction, linked to the tubulin-polymerization inhibitor monomethyl auristatin F. mAb 1 recognizes a CD38 epitope that does not overlap with daratumumab's epitope and demonstrated CD38-positive cell-selective cytotoxicity, superior in vitro potency to comparably conjugated daratumumab, and dose-dependent antitumor activity in a multiple-myeloma xenograft model.
