MAB-anti-IL-2R

MAB-anti-IL-2R is a monoclonal antibody developed by MAB DESIGNS for the treatment of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGvHD). The antibody is designed to target the interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R), a protein complex found on the surface of T-cells that is critical for their activation and proliferation. By binding to the IL-2R, MAB-anti-IL-2R modulates IL-2 signaling, thereby inhibiting the activation of donor T-cells that drive the immune response against host tissues in aGvHD. The drug is currently in clinical development.
