Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MAB003 is a preclinical-stage T-cell engager being developed by MabSwitch for the treatment of blood cancers and solid tumors. It is built upon the company's proprietary SaefTE (Switchable Affinity T-cell Engager) platform, which is designed to recruit T cells to tumor cells while allowing for the regulation of T-cell activity. This switchable-affinity mechanism is intended to improve the safety profile of T-cell engagers by providing a means to control activation, potentially mitigating common toxicities such as cytokine release syndrome (CRS).
