Overview

mAb10F11 is a humanized monoclonal antibody (hIgG1) that targets the ligand LIGHT (TNFSF14), developed for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It was generated through llama immunization and phage display in a collaboration between the University of Bern and ArgenX. The antibody functions by blocking the interaction between LIGHT and the lymphotoxin beta receptor (LTbR), a pathway identified as critical for the survival and expansion of leukemia stem cells (LSCs). mAb10F11 is engineered using POTELLIGENT® technology to enhance antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), facilitating the elimination of LIGHT-expressing LSCs by natural killer (NK) cells while sparing normal hematopoietic stem cells.
