MAb11-22.1 is a monoclonal antibody developed as a therapeutic agent for the treatment, prevention, and diagnosis of cancers associated with cells that overexpress transferrin receptor 1 (TfR1). It has been studied both as a standalone monoclonal antibody and as an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), where it is linked to cytotoxic payloads to enhance its anti-tumor activity.
