Overview
mAb127 is a monoclonal antibody being developed by Mapp Biopharmaceutical and its commercial subsidiary, LeafBio, for the intramuscular (IM) prophylaxis of Monkeypox. The antibody is designed to provide passive immunity by neutralizing the Monkeypox virus, potentially preventing infection or mitigating disease severity following exposure.
