Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Mabic-100 is an oral small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor containing dasatinib as the active ingredient, manufactured by Genvio Pharma. It is a multi-target inhibitor that primarily targets the BCR-ABL fusion protein and SRC family kinases (including SRC, LCK, YES, and FYN). The drug is indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in various phases and Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). By inhibiting these kinases, Mabic-100 blocks the signaling pathways responsible for the uncontrolled proliferation of leukemic cells and can overcome resistance to first-generation inhibitors like imatinib.
