Polyethylene glycol + citrate + simeticone + bisacodyl (also known as PEG-CS plus bisacodyl) is a low-volume bowel preparation regimen primarily indicated for colonic cleansing prior to colonoscopy or computed tomography colonography (CTC). The formulation consists of a 2-liter polyethylene glycol (PEG) solution enriched with citrates and simethicone, administered in conjunction with bisacodyl tablets.
