Madanamodakam (also known as Madanamodakam Leham or Madana Kameswari Lehyam) is a classical Ayurvedic formulation prepared in the form of a herbal jam (leham). It is formulated based on traditional Kerala Ayurvedic principles and is primarily used as a natural aphrodisiac and rejuvenative tonic (Rasayana). The formulation is indicated for male reproductive health issues, such as oligospermia (low sperm count), erectile dysfunction, and impotence, by helping to improve sperm count, semen quality, and overall sexual vitality and stamina. It contains a blend of potent herbs, including *Mucuna pruriens* (Kapikacchu/Atmagupta), along with cow's milk, ghee, sugar, honey, and classically, purified cannabis (*Cannabis sativa* / Bhang) as a key component. Madanamodakam is manufactured and marketed by traditional Ayurvedic pharmacies, including Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala.
