Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MADx Exosomes is an exosome-based therapeutic platform being developed by ArunA Biomedical for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disorders. These neural-derived exosomes are designed to leverage their natural ability to cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB) to deliver therapeutic payloads or provide intrinsic neuroprotective and regenerative signals to the brain. Currently in the discovery stage, the MADx program represents a component of ArunA's broader pipeline of extracellular vesicle-based treatments for neurological conditions. Specific molecular targets and the exact mechanism of action for this particular asset have not been disclosed, but the platform aims to address unmet needs in CNS therapeutic applications.
