Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MAGE-A10 TCR-T is an investigational T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by Anocca AB for the treatment of solid tumors, including melanoma, lung cancer, and bladder cancer. The therapy consists of autologous T-cells engineered using non-viral gene editing technology to express specific T-cell receptors that recognize peptides from the cancer-testis antigen MAGE-A10. A key feature of this program is its design to target MAGE-A10 peptides presented across multiple HLA alleles, which broadens the potential patient population beyond those with the common HLA-A*02:01 restriction. MAGE-A10 is a tumor-associated antigen with high expression in various cancers but minimal expression in healthy adult tissues, making it a suitable target for precision immunotherapy. The product is manufactured at Anocca's in-house cGMP facility.
